Most NA meetings are open — you don't need to register or call ahead. Just walk in.
You don't have to speak
There's no pressure to share. Many people attend for weeks before saying a word. That's completely fine.
Try a few different meetings
Every meeting has its own personality. If one doesn't feel right, try another — the right fit is out there.
Online meetings count
